Litter Prevention

A clean community is key to a better quality of life, and at KLEB, we believe it’s a goal we can achieve together. We proudly sponsor litter and trash clean-ups, collaborating with local groups, volunteers, and sponsors to protect the environment in Little Elm.

Each year, our Litter Index Survey tracks the amount of litter on selected streets. When problem areas emerge, we mobilize volunteers from schools, businesses, and the community through initiatives like Adopt-a-Street and Adopt-a-Park, connecting them with Keep Little Elm Beautiful and city programs.

Recycling

Keep Little Elm Beautiful collaborates with the Town of Little Elm’s Sustainability Office, Solid Waste Services, CWD, and community members to enhance recycling efforts.

We actively advocate for more effective recycling programs and policies in Little Elm as part of our ongoing commitment to a cleaner, healthier environment and a better quality of life for both current and future residents and visitors.

Beautification

We’re excited to share how our efforts to beautify Little Elm are truly making a difference in our community!

By focusing on sustainable plantings, we’re not only helping our flowers and plants thrive but also creating a welcoming home for local wildlife and boosting the health of our environment.

We’re dedicated to keeping Little Elm litter-free by encouraging everyone to dispose of waste responsibly and joining in on cleanup events, we’re working together to create a clean and inviting space for all to enjoy.
